Description
I have also been constantly targeted by this scam. I would say on average I receive 3-5 calls a day on my cell phone from a person saying he is Ethan Cole with the tax resolution department. They ask that I need to call 800-294-9424 or the government may take action. The spammer changes phone numbers every single time so blocking the contact does nothing. This has been going on for months.
