Description
Subject: Investment Fraud / Pig-Butchering Scam – Celtic Finance Institute (CFI), SKEE-Pro Platform, Starlink Exchange Complaint Narrative: I am reporting a fraudulent investment scheme involving the trading platform SKEE-Pro, which is associated with Celtic Finance Institute (CFI) and Starlink Exchange. I was contacted on Telegram by individuals using the names Grace Vitanan, Professor Johnathon R. Carter, Arjun Iyer, and John Bennett, using the phone number/handle [Insert Number]. They directed me to use the SKEE-Pro trading application at skeeapp.com. I transferred $500,000 via international wire after being shown fabricated “profits” within the app. The platform later claimed that CFI fees had to be paid from external funds, despite the written contract stating that all fees would be deducted from profits. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, the platform refused the request and demanded additional payments for “taxes,” “security fees,” and “verification.” My account was then frozen, and no funds have been returned. Amount Lost: • Total Loss: $500,000 Evidence Provided: I have retained: • Screenshots of the SKEE-Pro interface • Images of the falsified “profit” dashboards • Complete chat logs with the individuals involved
