Description
They reached out via text message, saying they sent me an email and are trying to get in touch with me about a job I applied for. Then they asked me for an active email to invite me to a virtual interview. Then we connected on Microsoft Teams and conducted an interview, and then I filled out paperwork and a contract for the position. Then they sent me a fraudulent check in the mail. That's when I realized it was a scam.
