I purchased from an ad from Facebook or TikTok. I ordered four 3000LM Work Light Flashlight, 5200mAh Rechargeable Underhood Lighting in orange color. For $113.99 I tracked with Shopify. I noticed the listing on Shopify kept saying preparing order. Christmas came and went with no product. I have tried to reach out to them by email twice and I get no response. I was sent an email with a tracking number but when I clicked on the link it sent me to a page that wasn’t secure. It also said it was shipped on the 19th but the tracking number doesn’t exist.
