Ordered 2 Flixy Sticks form what looked like official site. Onc order confirmation email arrived showed been charged for 4. They said too late to cancel. Items arrived and looks different from picture and does not have Flixy written anywhere just titled TV stick. Directions did not match the items picture or buttons so called for help. They told me would email directions and hung up. Did not email directions just information on returning at my cost for a refund. I don’t feel confident that they would refund me even if tried to ship back. And have not gotten address to send to. I have googled instructions and no matter what I try can’t get it to work. Learned that FireTV App would communicate with Flixy stick. Tried that but it just kept searching for the stick but could not find it( guessing since it’s a counterfeit). Now I have 4 completely non functioning devices. Tried on multiple TVs and none work.
