Made order on line then immediately tried to cancel. No response from the company. Received the shoddy shoes and asked to return as they say they will accept returns at no cost and will provide shipment paperwork. No response. Filled dispute with credit card. They sent email stating they would send another pair - different size at no cost. I said I wanted my money back. They said I don’t need to return the shoes and they will issue a refund. Then I got emails every day for 2 weeks asking me to remove my dispute as this would slow up the repayment. Then they said they would dispute my claim if I didn’t remove my dispute and I wouldn’t get any money back.
