I signed up for a free trial with Wall Pilates in June 2024. After a week I went in to cancel as I didn't want to continue beyond the trial. Wall Pilates support told me by going to the website I signed up for a full year and would have charges of $19.99/month. I fought them and have verification of cancelling the subscription July 5, 2024. On January 11, 2026 I saw a new, recurring charge on my credit card for $19.99/month. I reached out immediately to Wall Pilates, including the email where they confirmed I cancelled the subscription. They have not responded. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and asked about blocking charges. I was told they can't block charges and changing my card number won't stop recurring charges, so I will have to file disputes monthly. Loss is $19.99/month until this is resolved, though I wasn't sure how to enter that in the previous fields.
