The small business on TikTok and instagram known as Wildfyre_candles who supposedly sells wax melts takes your money and does not ship product OR if you have any issues they do not get resolved no matter how much you attempt to communicate. I spent over $45 of my hard earned money to support their small business back in October 2025. My package was for some reason marked “return to sender” and when I reached out she had told me she would re-ship my order. She never did. I have reached out every 3-4 weeks since then and she has told me the same story “I’m so sorry I’ll ship your order” and nothing. I feel scammed out of my money. It has been 4 months. This is very unprofessional and most definitely a scam! Take your money to a real business.
