Description
I ordered a men's pullover sweater from the Hudson and Mark website on December 10 and had to reach out to their support email on December 20 to inquire about the status of my order - my card had been charged but I had not received any confirmation or shipping information. I do not think I would have received any items if I had not reached out. The item was received in late December, and I emailed January 5 to initiate a return because the quality was so poor and not as pictured or described online. My return options were either pay for shipping to China where their warehouse is supposedly located (the shipping cost would be much higher than what I paid for the product) or receive 75% store credit. Their website says "Hassle-free returns & exchanges" which is false.
