I am filing a complaint against BBQGrills.com for failure to deliver merchandise that I paid for in full. I placed an order with BBQGrills.com over a month ago for a smoker. The order number is BBQ-25-64730. My payment was processed immediately at the time of purchase. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the company has failed to ship the item and has provided no tracking information or confirmed ship date. Each time I contact customer service, I am told that the item has not shipped yet, with no explanation or resolution. At this point, the delay is excessive and unreasonable. The product was advertised as available with standard shipping timelines, which have not been honored. I have requested either confirmation of shipment or a full refund. Neither has been provided. Due to the lack of delivery, poor communication, and failure to issue a refund, I believe this business is engaging in deceptive or unethical business practices.
