Description
I saw an ad on Wuffy, the robot dog. First off, the commercial is all AI and not true. They stated delivery in 3-4 days, so after ten days I contacted them. The item was not shipped yet, as they said they needed my address and full name (shady). I replied with my request to cancel. They said they can’t cancel, as the order was sent to fulfillment. Kind of weird, as one minute they need my information and then when I request my refund, they all of a sudden have everything they need. They are fighting me through PayPal on returning my money. This company is horrible. Stay away!!! Total scam. Please help!!!
