I paid $49.99 for one month of up to 40 applications per day. After a week they sent ONE (1) application, and not to an employer, but to another recruiting company, and for a job not even close to my field. Their support is an AI chat and when you ask for a human agent they say they will get back to you in a day. They never do. Total scam. The payment was sent to an account in Nicosia, Cyprus. Only now do I see that BBB has given them an "F" rating, and TrustPilot appears completely ignorant of this business. It's a sophisticated scam. Yet to be determined if they will if they cancel and refund the $49.00. I have sent my cancelation / refund request via their defined procedure ([email protected]). If they don't, I will contest charge with my bank.
