This was from a loan-consolidation company, using a "Toll Free Number" on Caller ID. It offers a $70,000 loan, with payments of $400/month. This number can't be blocked, as it constantly changes. It arrives every morning at approximately the same time. It says I can "opt out of calls," but they continue, even after being told so by a live agent,
