I've filed a report with the FTC this morning January 12th 2026. I just want my refund. I contacted the company with the phone number I found online. They sent me emails and had me do a video from their page. I DO NOT want that video to be reversed and have me promoting their product. Something just wasn't comfortable about doing the video. I should have researched more before paying them....Kelley Clarkson and Anderson Cooper are in videos supporting the product to loose weight.....I checked the videos and thought are those real or AI! All I want is my money back in the full amount of $572.22...not a penny less. I have already as of yesterday Sunday January 11th cancelled my credit card I used. The original order date was Dec.25th 2025....I received the order Friday Jan 8th 2026. I did not get follow up information on tracking until I contacted them and asked for a refund....that is when the item was delivered the next day.
