I responded to an ad on Facebook for the Wuffy toy dog (purchased at getwuffy.com).. It was represented as an interactive robot dog that could learn tricks and respond to its owner. What I received was nothing like what was advertised. It was a cheap small stuffed animal that didn’t do any of the things in the ad. I reached out to customer service and they refused to provide a full refund. I offered to pay to ship it back to them and they would not provide me with a shipping address. They offered to refund a portion of my money and after that my emails started to bounce back and I could no longer reach them. I got error messages that their mailbox was full. This business is a pure scam to steal peoples money and send them cheap products that are nothing like what is advertised. Do not buy anything from getwuffy.com.
