Saw an ad in FB for handmade Lumacat Tiffany lamp designed and handmade by Betty, showing a picture of an elderly woman. Went to the Winston & Co (artisan treasures) website and placed an order for 2. Three weeks later I receive a knockoff resin cat that looks nothing like what they were selling or I paid for. I emailed their Customer Service team at [email protected] and received no response. PurePace Limited, Flat 1506, 15/F, Cheung Fung Comm Bldg 21-25 Cheung Sha wan Road Sham Shui Po Hong Kong (China) is the only address given. No telephone numbers associated.
