Description
Booked an airline ticket to the Philippines last October 23,2025 to fly from San Francisco on February 15, 2026 with supposedly aisle seating reservation 35 C as included in the ticket payment. Ticket didn't show any seat assignment as discussed with agent Pinzon. Sent 4emails, 4 phone calls - NO responses. Called customer service@ 800-750-2238 on 11/6, 11/21, 12/11, and 12/29, 2025 to follow up on the investigation, but NO responses. Agents have promised I will get a response in 2 days each time but up to now I have NOT received any response. I was scammed by this company.
