Description
Linda and Rachel boutique not only presented themselves as a mother/daughter boutique in the US, they confirmed that with me when I e-mailed them to insure this was NOT a China scam. I should have checked scams first, but I did not. I wrote to them directly. They responded quickly. I purchased a coat and three sweaters. The coat came last week with no invoice, and surprisingly, it's okay. Then the three "sweaters" came today. cheap fabric (supposedly hand designed knitted sweaters", with a neck opening of less than 8:, which no adult could possibly put over her head. Since it's fabric and not knitted, there is no stretch or give. THEN I went on the website to see about reviews. Should have done that before I ordered. When I checked the "30 days return policy", the return address is in China and costs a fortune. I'm sure this boutique will do what past experiences have wrought. They'll tell me to keep the stuff and they'll return part of my money. But these are UNUSABLE. Can't even donate them because no one can put the garments over their heads! I have sent the "boutique" a note letting them know this, and that I'm filing with the BBB, as well as calling my credit card to dispute the charges.
