I was scrolling on Facebook, and came across the advertisement for Memo Genesis, claiming to prevent memory loss, and cure alzheimer's. That it has cured the alzheimer's of Bruce Willis. Highly recommend by Dr Sanjay Gupta. Since my late mother and maternal grandmother both died from complications of alzheimer's, I didn't want the same to happen to me, and I thought that this was a good place to start. I contacted my primary doctor, and was advised me to return the Memo Genesis and request a full refund. I emailed, [email protected], 11/8/2025, 11/24/2025, and 12/05/2025, only received two replies. I've filled out their refund format twice. Called, 323-410-9349, 12/27/2025, was told, after a very short 1 and 1/2 minutes call, that I'll be contacted by someone else. The person didn't ask for any of my information, and I wasn't given time to give it to him, he just hung up. I have not heard anything further from Memo Genesis by email, phone, or mail. I returned the entire unopened package, 11/14/2025, at the Post office at 2221 E Arapahoe Rd, Centennial, CO 80122. I paid with my personal credit card, 10/24/2025, and paid that bill from my personal checking account, 10/28/2025.
