Description
I was trying to extend a car rental and somehow this third party got involved and had me authorize charges for the second day of the rental. When my final rental bill came from Alamo they also charged me for the second day. That is when I noticed that the $89.99 was not from Alamo but from WHB car rental. When I called them to dispute this they said that it was normal to be charged a separate fee to extend a car rental which is not true. I confirmed this with Alamo and Alamo has no idea who WHB car rental is.
