I ordered 2 Electromagnetic Molecular interference antifreeze snow removal instrument's from Cedar and Ash on 12/08/2025. They charged my cc account on 12/09/2025 under the name of Oak and Cedar. I finally got both items after a very long time. However on 12/20/2025 the SCAMS started, when they started trying to charge my cc account for 29.99 a month for a subscription I did not order!! This was done under the name of Cedar and Ash. My fraud department at my bank caught this and declined the card, canceled my card and issued a new one. On 12/26/2025 they tried to charge my NEW card under the name of Brooks and Cedar. Again my banks fraud department caught it and declined the charge, issued me ANOTHER new card and deleted my old one. Again today on 01/09/2026 they tried to charge my LAST NEW CARD and the fraud dept caught it and declined the payment and are issuing ANOTHER new card. This time they used the name of Ash and Hollows. This is getting old!!! I don't even know how they are getting the new card numbers, as I have had no further business with this company who is using different variations of the same name. There are a LOT of people out there that are having this same problem with this company. They need to be prosecuted for FRAUD!!!!! DO NOT EVER do business with these people unless you want be taken! I would give them an F rating as the BBB did.
