I searched www to purchase Carbon Monoxide detectors and the link to WHITESTYLESUSA came up along with serveral others. I entered the website and found the exact item I was looking for in the web store at a reasonably comparable price with free shipping. The order information also indicated shipping would be the next business day with 3 day express delivery. I completed the purchase with my Mastercard. The information indicated I would receive an order number when the item was shipped. A short time later, I checked my email and found a message from Whitestylesusa, with a "Thank You" and a copy of my order. I immediately noted the message indicated an order number. Thinking the company had changed their policy and attached the order number at the time of confirmation; made sense to me and did not cause alarm. After 4 days ( New Years weekend) I had not received a notice of shipment. I went back to the website and did further investigation. I found the budiness address and searched it on Googlemaps. I found it to be a residential location on a deadend street. I also found a secondary Customer Support email address and a phone number. I noted the phone number area code and prefix indicated it was an Ocala FL number. I sent an email to the Customer Support address inquiring of the status of the order. It was immediately kicked back as "undeliverable" indicating the reason as "no such address". I sent an email to the aforementioned "company" address and as of this writing, there has been no response. I attempted to call the listed FL phone number and received a message that the number was "no longer in service". On 08JAN26 at approx. 1:00 pm MST, I called Mastercard Customer Service. I found that as of that time; my account balance was $0.00. Unknown if the funds will be transferred in the future. I will continue to monitor my account balance regularly.
