Description
I placed an order directly through their official website on December 8, 2025. The website confirmation indicated that the payment had been successfully processed and the order had been shipped. However, the product was shipped from overseas, a detail that was not disclosed at the time of purchase. The package reportedly arrived in the United States on December 15, 2025, but it remained stationary at the customs facility until January 2, 2026. Subsequently, the shipping status updated to indicate that the package was delivered on January 3, 2026. I contacted USPS, the carrier responsible after the package cleared customs, but they could find no record of the shipment, the company involved, or any related tracking information. In an effort to resolve the issue, I attempted to reach out via social media platforms but received no response. I also sent emails and direct messages to the company, all of which went unanswered. After further investigation, I discovered that multiple other customers have reported similar experiences, leading me to conclude that the company is misrepresenting itself and illegally scamming people out of their money without actually delivering the products they ordered.
