Clevralook advertised as Sunshine Sisters. I made the purchase, thankfully with my Venmo acct not directly linked to my bank card. Made purchase and received confirmation email. I waited over 2 wks for delivery and contacted the company on the email listed on their confirmation. They assured me they were reputable and the package was held in transit at customs and offered me 20% refund for my trouble. I waited another 7 days days. The package is now state side. I emailed again I am now at day 27 and supposedly the package has been about 20 miles from my house at a delivery facility for a week. I have corresponded 2 emails with no reply. I have requested a cancel of order and refund. I have let them know I am submitting a ticket to BBB and will continue to pursue them until I am refunded the money they fraudulently took from me under the ruse of Sunshine Sisters trademark.
