The real estate project "Tropical Paradise Liberté" (promoter Luc Courtemanche, El Indio, Villa Riva, Dominican Republic) targeted Canadians with fraudulent promises: zero taxes, luxury infrastructure (hotel, spa, Cowgirls restaurant, pool), safe community.I paid 204,880 CAD for land and villa (bank transfers from Canada).Reality: no title delivery, missing infrastructure, intimidation, property spoliation (lock change, house emptied).Fraud: misleading advertising, contract breach, pressure for additional payments.Complaints filed in RD and Canada.
