Called multiple family members, including myself, leaving this voicemail.: “This is the national document services. calling regarding a complaint file involving [myself] with a reference number 194 dash 09040. Again, 194 dash 09040. documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out. You will need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation. If they are unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. In order to stop further action from being taken, you will need to call 951-729-8148. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you.”
