Description
I placed an online order with curiovas on December 16th. I received an immediate response saying my order had been paid. No information on delivery date. On 12/23 I sent an email to the company asking for status. I received a response giving me a link to track my package. I attempted to track the package, with the order number that was given to me. They could not locate my order, but did offer to check further, if I was willing to pay for it. It is now January 8th and I still have not received my order. My credit card has been charged.
