Ordered Lipomax on August 26, 2025, due to what I realized later was an AI generated interview with Oprah Winfrey. Charge appeared as CartPanda. I contacted CartPanda in September via email regarding return and asking for refund and I received no response Received product and called Lipomax customer service to return it as I hadn’t had response from CartPanda regarding how to return and get a refund. I ended up returning it as per customer service instructions from Lipomax, via phone, with tracking on October 14, 2025. It was received on October 17, 2025. I’ve REPEATEDLY called Lipomax customer service and have had a runaround. Filed a complaint with PayPal credit card and there was no where to file a case due to never receiving refund. Contacted CartPanda via phone and they indicated they couldn’t do anything due to my having filed a case with PayPal. Sent an email again to CartPanda and was told it was too late to get a refund. I responded with original correspondence with CartPanda for instructions regarding return and refund. The response was that they would give a 90% refund. I rejected that saying I wanted FULL refund. I then received an email saying the 90% refund had been made and that was all they could do because it was out of their 30 day window. I have responded AGAIN indicating this was THEIR fault, not mine and I demanded a FULL REFUND. I’ve not heard back from them yet.
