Description

The company I bought the NB 993 from is being uncooperative. I'm out the $130. On top of that, I had to pay another $219 for a better pair from NB themselves that will more likely fit. That's $349 for one pair of sneakers that actually fit the way they're supposed to. I don't have a job and haven't worked in a year. This is unacceptable to me to have this issue with 199X Shoes, SILVERASK, and Busihap. I have no idea how to get my money back without PayPal's help. The link above is to the exact shoes I purchased from "199X Shoes." The receipt comes in as Silver Ask Company, but then the contact info shows as Busihap. Busihap contact info goes nowhere, no reponse. 199X Shoes, supposedly in Colorado, does not answer its phone, but I do have a string of emails saying I got what I ordered. I DID NOT! The shoes arrived SAYING they are U.S. size 11s, but they are in reality 10" insoles and crush my feet. They are fake, most likely made in China or Vietnam. I asked New Balance directly if these shoes are made by them, and they said no. I purchased what they DO make directly from them for $218 (through my PayPal account). These shoes - 990v6 - fit perfectly. I am willing to return the pair that doesn't fit from 199X, but they refuse to help me. They also don't sell a size 12, which may actually fit my 10-1/2" feet. So I have spent $350 for ONE pair of sneakers that fit. The 199X shoes are useless to me - they DON'T FIT. All of my previous pictures show precisely which shoes I got, why they don't fit, and the differences between the real pair from New Balance and the fake pair from 199X Shoes. I just want my $130 back. I returned the shoes to 199X for $24 in shipping, but never received a refund. PayPal is also being uncooperative, saying I should have returned them to Vietnam. But the address they gave me doesn't exist, as it doesn't have a street name or number. They are refusing to refund my money, saying I shipped the shoes to the wrong place. I couldn't ship them to this address if I wanted to: SILVER ASK COMPANY LIMITED, Thanh Phu, Ben Tre, Thanh Phu, VN, 100000, as it doesn't exist. SILVER ASK COMPANY LIMITED is a scam, 199X Shoes is a scam. Fake "Made in USA" shoes from Vietnam or elsewhere.
