Description
I ordered a replacement bulb for a home appliance on 12/4/25 from a website SPKLUV. The order confirmation I received from this site, via email from the following address: [email protected], did not include any type of invoice, the total amount of purchase or the company name that would be listed on my credit card statement. When I emailed back to ask for this information I never received it, only assurances that my order was "in good standing". I attempted at least 6 times to get this info. I was provided tracking information via this link: track718.us/en/detail?nums=AX1000887361CD. When checking the tracking info on 1/1/26 it said my package had been delivered on 12/31/25. It was not delivered. I emailed them again with this info and was told to check with my neighbors or my local post office. I then knew I'd been taken since I am enrolled in the USPS Informed Delivery program and any time a package is in their system to be delivered to me I am notified by USPS.
