Description

I applied to Apex Dynamics for a marketing assistant role. They contacted me via email and text multiple times to confirm everything. I did two rounds of interviews on very short notice. On my first day they told me the role was now solely commission based which it wasn’t before. They didn’t give me a chance to ask all my questions either and I had many. They immediately put me to training. There were many contradictions. The work week was mon- fri but was also expected to come in on Saturdays. While talking to other new people I discovered they applied under another organization name (Nola Canvas) and other role titles but we were all being trained for sales. I had brief training before they had me talk to people about internet and WiFi at a Walmart in Mississippi on my first day.
