Description
Letter received in mail aggressively stating that they have been unable to contact me and are reaching out about my property's home warranty and that this letter is their final notice. The letter is attempting to create a sense of urgency and cause me to call them before my warranty lapses. Mail included an "Owner's ID" for my property, a policy expiration date close to the date received, and a penalty cost, and threatening to close the file they have on my property regarding a warranty that I do not have with this company.
