Description
My wife saw an ad on social media for self-ratcheting straps and ordered 5 totaling $97. No mention that the product would ship from China. Received a tracking number for a package originating in China that eventually stopped updating. Reached out to the seller with no response. Reported a dispute with our credit card and was reimbursed for the $97. Yesterday, we received a package from Skippack, PA with 5 standard ratchet straps, not self-ratcheting. I would value the straps we received at about $20 in total. Forcegear was the name of the vendor that was advertised and was the name on the credit card charge. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
