Description
I purchased the bag online and received it. I opened it immediately and realized it was not a quality product and not as described on the website. I immediately requested a refund and a shipping label to return it. First, they wanted to know why. I told them and again requested a shipping label. They were not prompt in their responses so I kept emailing them for a shipping label. They then responded with a suggestion for me to keep the bag and that they would return a significant portion of my purchase, but would not tell me how much. I again asked for a full refund on a shipping label. They stated that due to this being an international purchase that shipping would be very expensive and that it would take a long time to process. I again asked for a return and shipping label. I also inquired as to what the significant refund would be. They offered me 25%. I declined and again asked for a full refund on shipping label and I'm currently awaiting a response. They have only a 15 day return policy. I notified them the day that I received the bag and have been met with nothing but resistance. I also attempted to call the phone number listed, but it is not working. There is also a New Jersey address listed on their site. Additionally, their responses are broken English and difficult to decipher.
