Description
Based off advertising on social media, I ordered a ring from their website. I paid $142.03 with the highest quality options. I received the completely wrong size - I ordered a 5.5 and received a 6.5 - a whole size up, and the quality isnt as advertised. I tried keeping it and dealing with the large size but after 5 days it started to tarnish already when it had a lifetime warranty. The website advertises a 90-day money back guarantee and a refund policy. When searching for contact information, there is no address or phone number anywhere. There is only an email that I provided. I have emailed 3 times to attempt to get in contact with someone for an exchange or to make good on the issues from the order. I have not received any email back. In their 90-day exchange policy it states in the fine print that i have to have contact within the first 2 weeks of receiving the order, which I have reached out but no one has responded. I just want to be able to contact them to address my concerns and make this right but there isnt another way to contact, and it is suspicious thay there isnt any other way to contact them and the only way they still arent responding.
