BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I placed an order for a carry-on for a Christmas gift. Added a second check-in suit case by accident. Within two minutes emailed them to cancel and DO NOT SHIP the check-in bag. Of course, they shipped the check-in as well!!! The carry-on is of poor quality. I have been trying to get return labels and my money back for both for over 3 weeks. No phone number to contact them. Just emails to AI bots making you go crazy. The company operates under NYSONIAN INC! OWNERS Daniel Rios AND Darrab Kiani BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
