The add for the AI Wuffy Dog came up on YouTube and demonstrated a toy that was nothing like the actual toy I received. In this add, it was represented much differently even from the website where the toy is still misrepresented. Although the company has a 30 day money back guarantee (which requires the customer pay for returning the product) they offered 25% off the original price as a refund without returning the item which is what I opted for to avoid the hassle and cut my loss. The company hopes for that solution as they still come out ahead financially. Dealing with the refund was not a problem. My main complaint is the blatant false advertising. Everything about it except for maybe "colour" was false: Movements, actions, sounds, size and feel were all extremely exaggerated in the YouTube add.
