Description
After ordering a bag and wallet from The Leather Farm, I decided the bag was much too large and right away asked for a label to return it. They asked for pictures which I sent twice and they claim they didn't receive them. I was under the impression this was a company based out of the USA but clearly it's not. I have emailed a few times now asking how to return my order but now they won't respond back after the initial two e-mails. I have never used the bag and wallet and they are in perfect condition but I think they are waiting for the 15 day return window to say it's past due. Very unprofessional and definitely a scam.
