I ordered a jacket on their website for $100. When it arrived, it does not at all match the pictures. The pictures show a fluffy jacket with striped silk lining. The item that was sent is a low quality felt jacket that doesn't match the pictures. It doesn't let me leave a review on the website and claims to have 5 stars – the website only shows 5 star reviews but doesn't give the option to leave a review. I contacted them about initiating a return and they won't let me return the item. When I couldn't find an option to return the item, even though their website says 30 day returns, they replied by saying they'd like to offer the "best possible solution — including options where you might not need to send anything back." I've sent several emails to them asking them how to initiate a return. This website shows up on google shopping as a top search. This company is lying about the products it is selling, and makes it impossible to receive a refund.
