Description
Squishmania offered a Nee-Doh advent calendar through Instagram. Upon purchase I was enrolled in a monthly subscription without my knowledge. The product took 6 weeks to arrive and required me to pay the postage that the company did not pay, although it was advertised as free shipping. When I complained to the company, the cancelled the subscription but refused to refund my money. When the 2nd delivery arrived, it too required postage which I refused to pay. Again, Squishmania continues to refuse refunding my purchase.
