Description
The order was placed on December 4, 2025 through the Shop App. On the same day, December 4, 2025, I received an order confirmation email from [email protected]. On December 9, 2025, I received an email from [email protected] stating that the order had shipped. After receiving no updates, I attempted to contact [email protected] via email on December 13, 2025 and again on December 18, 2025 to request a status update, but I did not receive a response. The tracking information provided links to a Chinese website that does not show any tracking updates. When I view the shipment through the Route app, it shows the package originating from Hangzhou General Warehouse – Operation Center on December 5, 2025, with a current location listed as JFK Memorial Drive, Millbury, Massachusetts, but no delivery progress or confirmation.
