Tucked neatly in their "Terms of Service" (which you have no option but to agree to if you want to purchase the item) is a free 10-Day subscription to their Plushie Club. If you don't cancel it in time, they charge you $39.98 a month until you cancel. I ordered from one of their other webstores before. This time, I caught it in the fine print, but people are being ripped off daily by these scam artists. When I ordered my item, I sent a ticket in their support system right away and received no response after 4 days. Today, I sent them an e-mail. We'll see how this goes.
