Description
An order was placed for 2 blankets on 11/30/25. The blankets were received, but remained packaged until given on Christmas. When taken out of the packing, it was evident that the item advertised on the website is not what was sent. The items received did not have foot pockets or a heating mechanism as advertised. The website says there is a 30-day money back guarantee. I contacted them within that timeframe and received no reply. I have attempted email contact more than once asking for either the correct product or a refund. I have received no reply.
