Our baseball team was contacted to purchase customizable team gear, with promise that a portion would go toward our team. We were given a link with 7-10 business days; ordering in Oct. Update that we would receive by Christmas. Nicole (owner) stopped responding to communication with our team. We haven’t been refunded or given any of the product ordered. We’ve tried contacting via email, social media, but she blocks upon inquiry and does not respond. We will seek legal help if she continues to scam others. We want our money back. It’s been alarming to see how many recent customers and teams are coming forward in the past couple weeks, yet this woman (despite changing her social media names) is continuing to promise customized gear for people and committing fraud. She is also plagiarizing new orders by selling non-official logo gear for trademarked teams. Report and stop her from continuing this business.
