Description
Scammer sent official looking document with fake Form CA UCC(1) at the bottom. Had my solar finance company name and address. A lot of "State of California" in text informing you that a financial form has been filed in your name. If you Google UCC or the form number it's alarming. They want $98 to get you a copy of this form for your records.
