Description
I received an email at 1:14 AM (when I was sleeping) that a weekly subscription had been purchased using my contact information and address. It’s strange, but the last four numbers for the payment that are listed in the email is not the last 4 of my card, but the money was still taken from my bank account. I emailed the company to cancel the subscription and get a refund, but they said the product was already being shipped and I couldn’t cancel the order. When I told them again I wanted to cancel the subscription and get a refund because I did not consent to the purchase, they then gave me 2 options: 1. Pause the subscription or 2. Adjust the Delivery Frequency. Again, I told them I wanted wanted to cancel the subscription and receive a refund. I will be going to my bank to close the card that they somehow got compromised because it does not seem promising that I will have luck canceling with the company and getting a refund.
