I am requesting a full refund for my December 9, 2025, order (including all items and shipping) due to multiple failures outlined below. Despite repeated contacts, no resolution was provided until I escalated. Product Misrepresentation: The received tennis bracelets are listed as "White Gold with Diamonds" but contain no real diamonds, nowhere on the site is this clarified. The second item received is a emerald baguette which is pending testing. The third item is a Toi et Moi Birthstone Necklace with two stones: Stone 1 (Emerald): December Zircon Stone 2 (Pear): June Alexandrite, third item is still unreceived. Shipping Delays and Non-Disclosure: Ready-to-ship items should have shipped next business day (Dec 10) per policy but left Dec 12 via unadvertised USPS standard, despite my paid FedEx 2-day on my order. Nothing on my order specified split shipments/carriers. I only found this information after having to contact customer service after my order hadn't shipped.? Custom necklace (Toi Et Moi Birthstone) completed ~Dec 19 (label created), but as of Dec 29, it remains unshipped after 10+ days.? Customer Service and Communication Failures: Confusing, inconsistent responses (AI bot vs. humans); offered cancellation pre-product discovery, but repeated policy without action.
