Description
I ordered a product from a seller and didn't get what I ordered. After many emails back and forth with the seller I contacted Paypal. I had $61.10 taken out of my account for what I ordered. Three weeks later they took $51.40 out of my account for something I didn't order. The only reason I knew they took out $51.40 was because the PayPal representative told me the charge was on my account. I don't understand how they can take money out of my account for something I didn't order. The seller first said they would send me the correct order, then changed it and said they would give me 10% back. They have a note on their website that says satisfaction 100% guaranteed for any reason. Usually these scams are purchases made in the USA and if you want a refund, you have to send it back to China, and the postage is more than what you paid for the order. That's how they discourage returns! I tried at attach pictures but it wouldnt let me for some reason.
