Unlike case #1039861, I paid all the “necessary” fees to DFA and PBD to withdraw the trading profit and principle of 9,590,585.00 USDT. But PBD broke the agreement, and asked for 10% more fees. I traded on the PBDEX platform from February to August 2025, using the trading signals broadcasted by Grace over a Telegram channel. My PDB account grew to 9.6M. I was required to pay 25% commission, 300K in guarantee fee and 150K in VIP channel fees. Only the 25% was mentioned in the contract. After paying all the fees, both DFA and C2C (the money collector for PBD) said I can withdraw all the funds to my wallet. However, 3 days after I initiated the withdrawal, the fund did not arrive at my wallet. Contacted C2C about the delay. And C2C told me to work with PBD Customer Service (PBDCS). On September 4, I asked PBDCS via Telegram channel (@PBD0078) about the status of the transfer from my PBD account UID#101905. PBDCS responded by text: “According to the inquiry, the account with UID 101905 has already transferred from the PBD account to the address: 0xfd….F3480. Amount: 9,590,585.072732. Is that correct?” I was glad someone in PBDCS knew the amount and the wallet address. PBDCS then asked for $590,585.00 to unfreeze the funds, because the transfer was frozen automatically due to its large amount. It was extremely difficult to raise all the funds. There were two members in the Telegram Channels told me they were able to withdraw all their funds. By Mid-October 2025, I paid all the fees directly from my wallet address. This was a requirement for unfreezing per their procedures. It was a big surprise! 3 days after the promised the release day, the funds did not arrive at my wallet as promised. PBDCS said the funds were sent to a corrupted wallet address caused by my device. I told them there is no proof of my device got corrupted. Besides, PBDCS knows my wallet address and the amount all along. We agreed to use BBB as an arbitrator for this disagreement. My position is PBDCS does not deliver the service for the fees. PBDCS position is the funds were delivered to the wrong address caused by my device and is asking for another 10% fees to unfreeze it. Recently, PBDCS has notified me that funds will be burnt if I do not pay. PBDCS agreed to use BBB as an independent arbitrator as of December 12, 2025.
