Description
Ordered massager as Christmas gift - bought two. I received receipt for purchase with incorrect tracking number. Did not receive item and proof of delivery was a picture of someone else’s home with their deliveries. I was unable to file a claim with FedEx who then confirmed the tracking number given to me was incorrect and connected to someone else’s order/address. No possible way for me to retrieve item ordered by tracking or obtain refund. Others have been scammed by this company also.
